Castle Hill
The highest point of Old Nice, where a fortress once stood before disappearing, replaced by a shaded park and one of the best viewpoints in the city.
From the top, the Bay of Angels unfolds in its entirety, from the airport to the harbour. An artificial waterfall and the remains of the citadel round off the walk, away from the bustle of the Promenade des Anglais below.
